Utterly useless.
4 weeks ago had a chat about NZ to the cashier lady while she changed my NZ to sterling. Queued for near 10 mins and the guy told me the do not cash NZ currency, never have done apparently. Go figure?

Visited today to withdraw some cash. No queue, served immediately by friendly member of staff. Don't understand some of the negative feedback.

a failed delivery tells me that it is delivered and that it is left in the safe place but it is still delivered somewhere through roystonand my address is in Leyton very disappointing.
