Tried post office yesterday, it was shut whilst the trained person is on break. Tried today at a different time, thinking I will avoid the disappointment, just to be told the post office is closed because the trained person is taking a delivery. So unfriendly staff - it’s disappointing the way they treat you.. there are outsiders who may have genuine queries towards Royal Mail services - should have basic courtesy to be patient than treating them poorly..
