I hate the self serve tills! Ran into pick up a few bits and the tills weren’t working and no member of staff to help. Only two actual tills open although one about to close so we queued 5 mins to pay and when we v nicely told the staff member that there was an issue with the self serve tills she clearly didn’t care.... read full comment
