“This review isn't really so much of Lloyds Bank in Royston as of Michelle Courtney who works there. For a couple of years now, she has been unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable about the Power of Attorney I hold for my mother's Lloyds account. Almost no one else, not just at Lloyds but at various institutions I've had to deal with, seems to understand Powers of Attorney, even though they are surely very commonly used nowadays, given the ageing population. Anyway, Michelle has been not just a godsend but a lifesaver in the help she has given.”
