Having had quite a few bad experiences in the Rickmansworth super drug, over the last few years I went in today and was surprised to see new staff again.A young gentleman helped me ,his knowledge of the stock was excellent and was efficient and polite as well.The lady on the till again was brilliant.Great choice of staff.... read full comment

We visited today to get earrings for my 14 year old daughter. Ria was the young lady that did the piercings and she was so lovely and polite and full of smiles. She quickly put my daughter at ease. Only a couple of items I couldn’t get but most are sold so that’s ok . Sadly management are patronising even when asking for advice and treat their staff horribly every time myself or family visit. By chance I read other reviews to find a similar response.
