Worst customer service at the reception desk! Volunteer through olio and they didn’t even let me know the collection was pointless despite listing it as available / avoid

Refused to let me in the store or even help me because I had my toy poodle puppy in a carrier, I only wanted to get 1 item very quickly, and I understand if its not allowed but I was disappointed at the way this was handled.
