Staff are very friendly and pleasant. Trudy was exceptionally helpful. She has a great personality and was making myself and other customers laugh. We need more people like Trudy!

Unfortunately, i did not have a great experience with Rickmansworth’s card factory.As i sent my two daughters to town to buy balloons for my older daughters 16th birthday and one wasn’t tied up properly and flew away and it was apparently the little ones fault that the balloon flew away and they were made to buy another... read full comment

Card factory Rickmansworth have the best staff ever !! Trudy & Claire are a great team & handled my last minute Balloon order with promptness & enthusiasm alongside serving a busy flow of customers .Their wicked sense of humour gives the shop character & it’s not often you go somewhere these days where the service is... read full comment
