Timings for the shop are incorrect and I ended up with a wasted trip

I went to Boots for a flu jab. I phoned ahead of time to ensure they had availability. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and offered me two time options. I waited about ten minutes to be seen. The man who gave me the jab was very professional and kind.

Would give one star if I could. Called pharmacy a few minutes ago and staff member told me that their pharmacist had emmergency and moved to another store.
