Health and safety does not seem to be understood here. I asked for hot water and lemon and they brought it to me in the glass with no handle (pictured left). I said I would not be able to pick it up and asked for a glass with a handle; they said they didn’t have one, despite having brought a coffee and a hot chocolate... read full comment
