The two mature (old) ladies on the counter must be the rudest, telling an 81 year old to go sort it on the computer!Leaving her standing outside in the rain 5 mins before opening.Terrible service for a new customer, hopefully it improves!

When I was looking after my step-father before he passed away last year. Nationwide’s was fantastic, they helped me so much, they were totally was very understanding of the situation. Massive respect to you all who work there ❤️
