Really bad service each time try to connect since 8 oclock after a long wait they always say ohh we are fully booked etc go to 111. How a person with high fever and infection can go for 111 while cannot drive or even sit. My daughter got injuries i went surgery receptionist lady send me to ANE.. all day was disapointed...

Each time I have needed an appointment I have been able to get one quickly. Today was no different. I got an appointment in the day to see the nurse. Carole was amazing, listened, didn't rush us and went above and beyond in dealing with my concerns. She in an asset to the practice and we hope she remains! Excellent experience!

I have moved from the Vale drive Surgery to Highview. I wanted to say that my experience every time I have come to the Surgery or made a phone call has been outstanding.
