Ordered through third party app, they cancelled my order just as I arrived. Wasted journey especially in the heavy rain. No apologies and no managers on site to discuss.

Very poor experience. Not been in there for while, had a birthday free treat so decided to pop in. No cakes, just a few pastries, had to wait 9 minutes for my 'latte' even though there was no queue. When it eventually arrived it didn't even look like a latte, no froth on top and very watery. I queried it with the manager... read full comment
