Long queues, staff really disinterested except one lady, machine useless as I need to pay in and most of the time doesn’t take all my notes so then I have to queue anyway and staff doesn’t exactly work fast to help to get the queue down... there could be much more done even during Covid to get the clients served faster... read full comment
