DO NOT USE. I have only given 1 star as I couldn't give -1. Order a belt online, I received it damaged. It took over a week with three emails and three phone calls just to get a returns label and then 2 weeks to receive the replacement also with calls and emails. I was dealing with Samuel Parker. Shocking customer service!!!. Have to chase multiple times to get a replacement product. Get told its his day off when he answers the main 0207 number in the middle of the day.Took over 2 months for them to sort a box and send out a new product
