Wanted to buy printer ink mix and match buy 1 get 1 half price they had tri colour but no black even tickets to take to till were on shelf. I said I can’t have 1 half price if you haven’t got it, assistant got the hump because I didn’t buy 1 and walked out

Very disappointed by being kept waiting while a female member of staff on the till had a private conversation for over 5 minutes, In the end I just walked off shaking my head & the woman actually said sorry as I walked off, Awful customer care I will be taking my custom somewhere else.
