Drop and go process was simple and worked well. I always feel uncomfortable walking away without a receipt for high value goods and I would like CeX to address this

As other reviewers, I too was put off by interactions with one of the women who work here, I think someone called her Ellie. To make matters worse, I get the impression that she is the manager, going by how she treats the other employees and they follow her lead.
