I had a problem with my eye and I went to Specsavers Hoddesdon. From entering, the staff were amazing. Every step was explained to me. I felt that the staff did everything they could to reassure me. They were all very polite and so helpful

More staff in there than anything else yet couldn’t manage to see my 5 year old on time after 15 mins I gave up. constantly lied 2 being told 2 mins so I left
