My local postman said to me that my parcel was delivered to another address by mistake. Spoke to Royal mail customer services a few times and they have told me that they could not help in anyway! Also, sent a letter to my local Delivery Office Manager...no response! Trying to avoid them as much as I can now! No even buying... read full comment
