Staff are nice enough, but the store never opens on time as the pharmacist is ALWAYS late. They won’t open the store at all without the pharmacist which is super frustrating if you don’t need the pharmacy. There must be a way around this surely the pharmacy could be locked or something to allow other shoppers in?

Very poor costumer service ! No one is at the tills everyone is chatting by the pharmacy side.. if I call someone then I got “ sorry I am busy “ answer..?? really???? ??????

Terrible. Prescriptions never ready after sent from GP and never full stock to fulfill them.
