What has happened to this store? They have changed the internal layout in terms of the tills and it’s an utter disaster, huge queues and inept staff

Very unpolite personel. Close the door in front without even asking 2 minutes before the opening hours even without apologize. Probably is the company why that doesn’t like business last minute from customer. Bed experience
