Twice I’ve been here with my 12 year old sister and been followed around the store the entire time. This made my sister very uncomfortable to the point of distress. Apparently two black girls are instantly suspicious for Christmas shopping for their mum. Never shopping here again.

Tha k ypu to the wonderful ladies in Vinager hill in Hitchin. You are always fantastic and make me feel very welcome. They are also wonderful and understanding when you ask them to help me with something that may sound a little strange. I will just say beautiful glasses and they will know what I mean
