I've visited twice recently, once on a Monday and once on a Friday. Queues move quickly, the attendants are polite, service is swift, and two errands I thought would take half the day (I usually go to my local post office in Letchworth) took minutes. Worth the short drive over to Hitchin every time.

Never left a bad review anywhere previously, however after the experience I had at this Post Office I feel compelled to do so. Purely as I don't want anyone else to feel the same way as i did.
