I placed an order and said it was going to be delivered within twenty minutes, after half hour we called them they said they were closed and was very rude on the phone this is very unprofessional, and they were still open too, and hung up mid conversation I do not recommend ordering from papa johns outrageous

Ordered for an event for over 100 people. Pizza's came boiling hot and everything ordered was there. Although a bit late (due to road closure) everything was great and pizzas were delicious.

Just ordered 2 pizzas, totalling 44 pounds, took well over an hour to get to me, pizza was cold, person on phone, was apologetic, but wouldn’t admit that it was poor service. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store, and it’s the second time I’ve had bad service. Never again.
