There are 2 mature ladies (Sales Assistants) in the Hitchin store, who are both very rude, patronising and argumentative!

Quite narrow aisles in the store, really bad selection of boys clothes and also little to choose from. The staff are polite but always talks private talk with each other and are super slow, I don’t want to stand and listen to their private conversations about last weekends events

I visited on Feb 7th earlier this Week. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The jeans I needed were upstairs in the correct size and two staff members helped to find other jeans of a similar style too.
