Tables not cleared, trays of cups everywhere, positively the worst cafe mocha I have ever tasted, bitter, milk too hot & burned. Queue so slow wasn’t worth returning it. Left it on the table - it will probably be still there ?

I’ve used to love this coffee shop because Nero is my absolute favourite coffee. Busy. Crowded. All tables were covered in used up coffee cups and no staff to clean up. Revolting!
