Vulnerable person who arranges for medication to be delivered. They keep missing deliveries and not bothering to let us know they can’t deliver - went all of Christmas without vital medication that it’s dangerous to suddenly stop taking, because they couldn’t deliver a medication ordered on 16th December before Christmas.... read full comment
