Was posting welly boots back but as the boots didn’t fit within the small space on the scales the women wasn’t going to except them and said I’d have to take them to another post office, why should I absolutely ridiculous. I questioned it and in the end she took them.Terrible service, so rude.

9:15, on Wednesday 7th July, and Post Office not operating. According to other staff, the person who runs it "has a long way to come and regularly fails to arrive on time". A pretty poor explanation that wouldn't work with most managers
