It took a long time for our server to come and get our dessert order. there were three servers just 2 meters away from us but none of there looked up to see us trying to get their attention. There was only one other table being served. So the servers weren't busy. Just not paying attention.
Popped in on the evening of the Hertford music festival so expected it to be busy. The staff told us that they were very busy, it was packed, and that food may take up to 40 minutes.
