The pharmacy have recently set up an earwax removal service. I need to have the wax removed from one of my ears about every two years. After inserting drops for a week, the pharmacist was able to remove most of it, but one piece was particularly hard. The woman serving behind the counter is a bit stuck up her own backside and rude so left and got much better service at the other pharmacy 100 yards away.
