The only food shop in the whole of Hertford which dosnt allow dogs. Very rude staff. They were more than happy to turn away a paying customer and lose a sale as they completely refused to serve me. I took my custom to one of the dozens of dog friendly shops on the same street. Greggs is clearly not business savvy in a town...

Been here a number of times when in the area. This time service was slow but I understand that there was a staff shortage. Can't complain because 9 times out of 10 great service.
