I have always favoured Caffé Nero if going to a ‘chain’ coffee shop, and this shop has been fine overall for years, however the interaction I had with one staff member today was odd - I asked for a takeaway Cappuccino, and my Wife wanted a canned drink, I asked for that to be unopened.
