I have had to take my elderly father to the Vodafone Hemel Hempstead twice this week to help assist him with his mobile phone so we have met everyone working in the store! Old phone causing me problems new phone purchased Mr Colin Brown ( store manager) spent 2 hours assisting myself purchasing new phone and setting up new phone....patience and humour and professionalism all in one. Would always recommend this store and those working in it. THANK YOU
