Went into today to buy a backpack for my wife. Must say the supervisor working today was wonderful. Really nice and took the time to chat about items in store.

Literally amazed by the behavior of workers. I got a pair of shoes for £16 and after wearing for on few days the bottom came off.while purchasing the sales man said you can exchange them in case of any fault within a year,just keep the receipt with you.
