Poor customer service keeps shutting over 40 minutes early. And when we go to the door they say they are shut or just ignore us terrible customer service and disgusting to make us wait outside when they should be open.

Very poor , no toilets even to wash hands. Poor service and I travel all over the UK. Shell needs to look at the service they provide.
