Every day of the week I go into your store. Get rid of the additional self checkouts and open more staffed tills. Why do you make us, as customers, do your jobs? With a full trolley, it takes ages to unload, scan and repack and still we have to wait for assistance on anything that needs authorization. Not a happy shopper.... read full comment
