Lovely hotel, rooms have been refurbished to a lovely standard. Only dropped a star because the shower isn't very powerful and the glass around it leaks. Also the menu for the restaurant is extremely minimal, as I can't eat anything spicy the only thing left that I liked was a burger.

Given the proximity to Warner Bros and the convention, we decided to book. An error. Isolated from the world, it forces you to always take a taxi and taxi prices are not cheap until London. Everything above the ground floor entrance was spot on, amazing value for money. Why on earth have you allowed the ground floor entrance to become so untidy! Nothing that a good clean wouldn't sort out First impressions.......
