Really frustrating that it’s says opens at 6.30AM and in fact no one is there till 9AM times need to be changed as that’s a big difference to someone’s day if they have planned to go there before work.

Lazy staff leaving early and not updating times properly. Told I have to return as Amazon counter is only available at the post office, which was closed.

Painfully slow. Monday afternoon queues for 30 minutes. Only one person working at the till. Totally understaffed
