We needed to visit Hemel Hempstead branch as joint accounts can’t be opened online. They won’t offer appointments - just pop in anytime I was told. Guess what? We turned up only to be told that there were no time slots available. The assistant more or less shrugged her shoulders - told us to come back another day.... read full comment

I came with my friend to open an account before we said anything kaysita approached us and asked me if I had just kissed my teeth at her. The rest of the time she looked at my friend and said nothing else. The whole experience was very rude.

Rubbish customer service.. Always a long queue, lots of staff just wondering around but on a counter there is only staff..
