Not bothered about customers the South Asian ethnic staff members I've come across.

Long wait behind a handful of other customers queuing at the cashiers desks. One other staff member attempting to steer customers to machines or using online banking with little success. I've been with this site for over 25 years it used to be excellent customer service, lately i found since covid few individuals have got above their selfs, very rude not welcoming place.Few time's i dreaded going in cos of those individuals.
