I wished to donate my late wife's riser recliner chair. When the driver came to collect he told me that there wasn't a fire certificate and yet under the back cover, which he lifted up, there are two such certificates stapled to the furniture itself. I'm not a big fan of the British Heart next to the water fountain because they're trying to tell me where to sit by the water fountain when public property it doesn't belong to them and not only that because they're only looking for steamers and that is ridiculous that's why they're only getting a one star
