Poor service, lack of transparency and rude. Suggesting one que for prescriptions and not for general shopping. Disappointing, will not return and advise on social media

Dreadfully run place. They never have prescription stock. There's always something missing. Always a 45 to 1 hour wait for a prescription that was sent in days earlier. Where am I supposed to go for one hour in Stoneycroft? The last time I said okay I'll just sit here. Miraculously it was ready in 15 minutes.
Closed earlier than posted closing signs. Staff member saw me try the door and hid so I couldn’t see them anymore. Myself and three other people tried entering. Would think a place such as a chemist would make the effort to make sure they can help customers until the last minute. Called them and was blatantly ignored... read full comment
