Feel really sorry for some of the staff here who are lovely and helpful, because unfortunately some of the colleagues at best have a massive case of CBA, or are just plain rude. The 'click and collect' is a joke, because you pay your five quid and it relies on the store checking it in, so you get the notification to pick... read full comment
