Unhelpful and rude. For the third time in the past year my repeat prescription was not available for collection. They blamed the surgery and told me to follow it up. (The surgery had no request from Springfield) Customer service is non existent, and giving me some emergency medication would have taken them an hour. I can’t... read full comment
