Very poor customer service in this branch today. I queued for 15 minutes due to social distancing - completely understandable - to be rudely told that I couldn’t deposit my cash/cheque in the branch, I had to use the machine outside. I love this branch, as its so easy to parking front road, side road, on the back road , no traffic wardens, free. Once inside , the staff are ALWAYS smiling and happy to help.i like the simple set up and private rooms.thanks HARPENDEN.AL wheathampstead....
