DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE AS YOUR PARCEL WILL GO MISSING. Even if you pay a £1 I still used my hard earned money to ship the item so why is there an excuse of well it’s the service you used, so what even if it takes longer it should still get taken, I wonder if I job in Royal Mail does that mean I can steal parcels... read full comment

Dreadful! Arrived at 9.15am and the first customer in a queue of 7 people hadn't been served due to their slow computer system (they opened at 9am). The person behind the counter didn't feel it was necessary to tell the 7 customers in the queue that there was an issue. 2 people that arrived after me decided not to wait... read full comment
