Always busy and good coffee but there’s nearly always a long, slow queue!

A kind worker named Lexie took my order today and made me the loveliest hot chocolate. She had a smile on her face all the way through and had great professionalism. I loved the drink! ??

Absolutely terrible. Waited 35 minutes in the queue for a coffee on a Friday morning. Uber eats orders prioritised above people waiting in the queue, filthy floors, tables not cleared, one toilet out of order. No apology for the wait and at the end the drinks were made wrong too. So dreadful.
