The hours are way too short for such an important role. Way too short. Please fix that. 0800-1000 is ridiculous imho.

The hours keep on changing.When staff cannot be bothered, they have absenteeism, and the counter is treated as being as unimportant as mere customers.Just closed...always closed. .
