I have it on good authority that this branch employs a druggie, who drives on drugs amongst other illegal activity. Also likes to threaten women when he's had a skinful. If someone responds to my review I'll gladly give more information

Poor Customer service advice from some members of staff that have been there for a number of years.

It's not the first time this staff member 'person of colour' is rude abusive and arrogant. Has no comprehension of customer relations and is speaks to customers like dirt. Avoid this Branch for peace of mind.
