My partner left his car for 6 hours today for an MOT and they left it sat waiting all that time! And still had the nerve to tell him to wait an extra hour. What a joke ? don't use them!!!!

One of the worst customer service ever.They don’t know how to talk to the customers.I just wanted to find out my bmw 7 series plug in hybrid have timing belt or chain. They keep passing me to other departments and make me wait 30mins on the phone.
