Been in this Waitrose many times usually very helpful and kind staff. Went to pick up a parcel from the front desk but was meet with a rude staff member who then talked to other customers about us in a negative way. Another customer even spoke to me saying how rude the lady was. Wont be returning until this staff member... read full comment
